DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY

Overview

The department of electronics engineering technology at the University is aimed to develop a multidisciplinary curriculum for its bachelor program, covering all aspects of the field along with its industrial applications such as electronic subsystems design, renewable energy, control, automation and power electronics. The department has faculty members with hands on industrial experience and sound theoretical knowledge. They are fully committed to impart acquired skills and knowledge upon the students enabling them to face challenges of the evolving technology market and to meet domestic and international industrial needs.

Program Description

The department of electronics engineering technology at the University is currently offering B.Sc. Electronics Engineering Technology Program to fulfill the needs of national industries. The courses for this program are designed and planned in such a way such that our graduate students will have all the required hands-on technical skills and practical knowledge which shall be an essential job requirement of a job in the near future. Our program cover a wide knowledge of modern technologies including electronics, computer engineering, embedded systems, microelectronics, photonics, signal and information, system automation, wireless communications and networking. The students at the department are trained on the basic techniques, skills and they are introduced with the use of modern tools and equipment to perform as professional electronics engineering technologists. This will enable them to master the modern circuit designing, measurements, designing of modern layouts and methods for new concepts in the field of electronics.
